From Agent to Executive: What I’ve Learned

I’ve spent nearly two decades in real estate — first as an agent, then as a sales manager and managing director, and now as an executive at Brown Harris Stevens. Over the years, I’ve learned that success in this business isn’t about transactions — it’s about relationships, clarity, and trust.

 

Today, my focus is on elevating the agent experience, coaching with clarity, and helping clients and investors make confident, informed decisions. Real estate should be more than sales tactics. It should be about building trust, raising standards, and shaping an industry that better serves professionals and consumers alike.

 

Beyond brokerage, I advise startups, speak on panels, and share insights through podcasts and publications. My mission is simple: to help professionals evolve from salespeople into trusted advisors — and to encourage consumers to expect more from the agents they choose to work with.
